To purchase RIF's, AEG's, Pistols, knives or fire lighting equipment you must be over 18 years of age and declare yourself so.

Purchasers and users of knives, body armour, survival and fire lighting equipment are responsible for their own actions, and use such items at their own risk. Skirmishers-Direct Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any prosecutions or proceedings brought or instituted against any person or body as a result of the use or misuse of knives, body armour, survival and fire lighting equipment or any injury, damage or loss caused thereby.

To Purchase Realistic Looking Firearms (RIF's), You must be 18+ years old, You Are Required Under The VCRA, To Hold Membership To Either an Insured Re-enactment Society Or Insured Airsoft Skirmish Club That Holds the minimum of Third Party Liability Insurance For The Permitted Activity.

Important

All deliveries must be checked by the receiver (customer) BEFORE signing for them. If the package is damaged in anyway either refuse to accept delivery or ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. You should only sign for the goods if you are satisfied. In any other circumstances, please sign the package receipt as "not checked". If a customer fails to follow this and a package is signed for as received in good condition. We may find it difficult (or impossible) to make a claim.

 

Prices
We will do our utmost to maintain prices, however we do reserve the right to alter these without prior notice.
We also reserve the right to change, without notification, due to unforeseen circumstances or product improvements, the specifications of items. We also reserve the write to cancel orders due to the availability of items, or unforseen circumstances. All weights and measurements are approximate. Please note that colour reproduction in photography may vary slightly from the actual item. In some cases additional items have been included in photographs for illustration purposes only, unless specified these are not included. We further reserve the right to change our carriage terms and details without prior notification. Discounts, when offered, must be taken at the time of ordering and will not be given retrospectively.

 

Cost of Delivery

The cost of delivery will be added to your order total. You can select your preferred method of delivery from the options displayed at the checkout. Please select the correct option for your country to ensure that your order is not delayed. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods and costs, you will be informed by email. In addition to this, if our courier cannot deliver goods to a premises and the goods are returned to Skirmishers-Direct then the customer will be charged for the second delivery.

 

Royal Mail

First & Second Class
This is a first or second class service.  This service is only provided for small, lightweight and low value items as a cheap alternative to a larger parcel delivery.

  • The maximum weight for this service is 2kg on first class, or 1kg on second class.
  • This service is limited to a maximum order value of £10.00.
  • We obtain proof of posting when Royal Mail collect your packet.
  • By selecting this method, you take on liability for your packet once it enters the postal system.
    All postage prices are calculated using the post code that you specify in your delivery address, and take into account the destination and weight of your parcel.

    Recorded Delivery
    This is a first or second class service The recorded service is trackable and will require a signature upon delivery.
  • The maximum weight for this service is 2kg on first class, or 1kg on second class.
  • This service is limited to a maximum order value of £36.00.
  • A signature will be required upon delivery.

    All postage prices are calculated using the post code that you specify in your delivery address, and take into account the destination and weight of your parcel.

    International Signed For
    This service provides a secure, low-cost alternative to expensive courier shipping for smaller and lighter parcels. Your package is insured and tracked throughout its journey. This service is available to most international destinations.
  • The maximum weight for this service is 2kg.
  • This service is limited to a maximum order value of £500.00.
  • A signature will be required upon delivery.
  • Available to most countries worldwide.
    All postage prices are calculated using the post code that you specify in your delivery address, and take into account the destination and weight of your parcel.

BFPO

BFPO delivery should be used if your delivery address is to a BFPO number. BFPO numbers are assigned to members of the HM forces whilst overseas.

Our BFPO delivery option applies a weight based delivery price on your shopping basket contents.


  • Your special delivery parcel is insured up to £500 for loss or damage.
  • A signature will be required on delivery.
  • The maximum weight per-parcel for this service is 2kg.

    This option should not be used for normal addresses, or HM Forces addresses that are not part of the BFPO system. All BFPO packages are shipped through Royal Mail.

    Postage / Delivery

    A postage charge of £6.50, applies to all orders upto 2kg in weigh to all UK Mainland addresses.

    For orders between 2kg & 6kg a charge of £10 applies.

    For orders over 6kg a charge of £15 applies.

    Northern Ireland, Republic of Island, Scottish Highlands & Islands £12.99

    For International Postage a charge of £17.50 applies to most European, and non EU countries, if in doubt, please contact us for a quote.  Weight restrictions apply.

    Returns
    If you are not satisfied with any purchase you may return it within 7 days, in original packaging and unused, for exchange or refund. Please note that our carriage costs will not be refunded. Exchanges received outside this period will be subject to a further minimum carriage charge of £6.50, refunds will not be granted beyond this period.

    If you wish to return an item, please contact us  first at sales@skirmishers-direct.co.uk, to obtain delivery details, and reference number.  Without this, no returns will be accepted.

    The cost of returning unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer and only when unwanted items have been returned and checked, will a refund be issued.  This is in addition to your statutory rights.
    In the unlikely event that we supply an item incorrectly a complete refund or exchange will be given.

     

    Customs

    It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the legality of importation into their own country. Skirmishers-Direct Ltd cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever if the goods ordered are seized by Customs officials or airport authorities in ours or any other country. If goods are seized, destroyed, damaged through inspection or confiscated in any instance, we accept no responsibility and will offer no form of refund or credit. If the goods are returned to us by the seizing authority, we will refund your payment for the goods (not the shipping cost) less any fines or charges imposed by that authority for the handling and return of said goods. We will issue the refund only when the goods are received and checked by ourselves.
